Success with Master Sha's Soul Healing

Soul Healing opens us up to the greatest power in the universe – the power of soul, including the powers of love and forgiveness and other great virtues. In this emerging paradigm, we learn who we are, why we are here, what we are made of and how we can realize our greatest potential. One of the things I appreciate immensely is that in all significant areas of life and for every worthwhile goal or pursuit, Master Sha offers not just teaching and wisdom, but a variety of practical techniques to accomplish them. (He offers Blessings, too!). He teaches that theory is practice and practice is theory. They are a yin yang pair. They are one. Both are necessary. This is vital wisdom.

So we are given the teaching, the wisdom and the practical techniques to transform on every level. We are given blessings. All we have to do is show up, receive the teachings and blessings, and practice! Practice is very important, because we have to do our share of the work! (I am often faced with this lesson). J

We can begin right now, with a simple but very important and transformative daily practice: Forgiveness Practice using the Four Power Techniques, including Say Hello Healing for the Soul Power and chanting Love, Peace and Harmony for the Sound Power. Doing the practice in this way increases healing and transformation many fold. This practice was (and remains) instrumental in my healing journey Try it!

Forgiveness Practice

Body Power: Sit up straight, with your feet flat on the floor and your back away from the chair. Place one palm on belly, under your navel, and place the other palm over your heart or heart chakra.

Mind Power: Visualize beautiful rainbow light in your lower abdomen and in your heart area, as well as all around you and all the souls you call in.

Soul Power – use the Say Hello Healing Formula:

Dear Divine and all layers of Heaven
Dear all my spiritual mothers and fathers.
I love you, honor you and appreciate you.
Thank you for your constant love and blessings.
I am sincerely sorry for all my mistakes and the mistakes of my ancestors.
Would you please forgive my ancestors and me?
Would you please bless my forgiveness practice?
I am most grateful. I cannot thank you enough.

Dear all souls that I or my ancestors have ever hurt or harmed
I give you my love, honor and respect.
I am truly sorry for the harm we have caused you.
Please forgive me. Please forgive my ancestors.
I ask forgiveness with a commitment to purify further and serve unconditionally.
I’m grateful for your consideration.
Please receive the blessings of this practice.

Dear all souls who have ever hurt or harmed me or my ancestors,
I love you, honor and respect you.
I forgive you unconditionally. I ask my ancestors to do the same.
Please receive the blessings of this practice.

Dear the Sacred Soul Song Love, Peace and Harmony
I love, honor and appreciate you.
You have the power to heal and bless all souls
Please bless all souls as we chant.
Please bless this forgiveness practice.
Thank you!

Sound Power: Chant Love, Peace and Harmony. Chant for at least 5 minutes or more. Longer is better. It will take you into a heavenly frequency and vibration, where forgiveness is more likely to occur. For lyrics and to hear or download the entire CD, go to:  https://www.drsha.com/divine-soul-song-love-peace-and-harmony/

After you are finished, close by saying the following:

Hao, Hao, Hao
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
Love you. Love you. Love you.
Gong Song. Gong Song. Gong Song.

“Hao” is an affirmation, meaning get well or perfect healing. “Gong Song” is a request for souls you called to return. We say it 3 times, once to Divine and Heaven, once to all souls called and once to our own souls.

I recommend you implement a daily forgiveness practice, chant LPH as much as possible, use the Four Power Techniques when you do a dedicated practice, and use the Say Hello Formula at any time you need help!

Love you. Love you. Love you!
